A premium private-label brand system designed to unify multiple product lines under a single, cohesive identity.
The Challenge
Stamps.com has acquired 3 companies and is looking to consolidate the stores under one new name. This is similar to Costco creating products under Kirkland. The branding has to feel premium and can stand alone without any brand recognition from other companies.
The Approach
To establish the brand lux premium feel, I chose to limit the color palate and let the products sell themselves. For a high impact, high contrast feel, I went with black backgrounds for the white products to stand out. The added hint of blue/green gives it some depth, softens the tone while remaining neutral.
The Outcome
With a new brand established for all companies to use, the store team was able to consolidate its products, reduce costs, all while maintaining the branding for all its companies.
Key Takeaway
This project highlights my ability to create a brand and build out product packaging that is high end, neutral, and another representation of the company.
