Client: Auctane (Metapack brand)
Scope of Work: Scalable Social Media Design System for Metapack (Adobe Express)
Role: Senior In-House Visual Designer
A scalable social media system designed to balance brand consistency, efficiency, and day-to-day marketing needs.
The Challenge
As new marketing tools emerged, Auctane’s marketing team supporting the Metapack brand needed a more efficient way to produce recurring social media content at scale.
The goal was to develop a system of templates that non-designers could easily customize for common post types across multiple social media platforms and sizes while staying aligned with Metapack’s brand standards.
The Approach
I translated the Metapack brand identity within the broader Auctane brand system into a flexible Adobe Express template library designed for everyday marketing needs. The system included multiple layout options, approved color variations, and a shared library of brand imagery and icons to maintain consistency.
Guardrails were intentionally built into the system to prevent misuse while still allowing flexibility for day-to-day marketing needs.
To support adoption and long-term use, I created internal documentation in Confluence outlining design principles, template usage, and export best practices. I also led training sessions with both the creative and marketing teams to ensure the system was understood and used consistently.
The Outcome
The template system made the Metapack marketing team self-sufficient in producing their own social media graphics while staying fully aligned with brand standards. This improved speed and consistency of output and allowed the design team to focus on higher-impact initiatives tied to ROI.
Key Takeaway
This project demonstrates my ability to design scalable production systems within a multi-brand organization while balancing brand integrity, efficiency, and cross-team enablement.
