Client: Stamps.com (Internal Customer Care)
Scope of Work: Event Branding and Campaign Design
Role: Senior Graphic Designer
An immersive internal brand experience designed to celebrate customer care teams and build engagement through storytelling.
The Challenge
Customer Care Week needed a cohesive visual theme that would engage all departments and meaningfully celebrate employee appreciation. Inspired by Game of Thrones, the challenge was to thoughtfully reinterpret the show’s world in a way that aligned with the culture and goals of the Customer Care organization.
The Approach
Drawing from the show’s world-building, I treated the event like a full campaign launch. Each Customer Care department was represented by its own flag, color system, and territory within a custom-designed map—creating a sense of identity, inclusion, and shared participation.
To build excitement leading up to the event, I developed a teaser campaign inspired by the show’s iconic “Winter is coming” tagline, gradually revealing a flag for each “house” and building anticipation for the week-long celebration.
The Outcome
The campaign successfully generated anticipation and engagement across departments, resulting in a highly positive Customer Care Week centered on recognition, gratitude, and celebration. Employees responded enthusiastically to the immersive experience and cohesive visual system.
Key Takeaway
This project highlights my ability to translate cultural references into thoughtful, large-scale internal campaigns that drive engagement, appreciation, and team connection.
